For customers who opt for our remote installation service, we offer a hassle-free, door-to-door process:
- Service: We offer FREE Key Pickup from anywhere in India via our shipping partner, Shiprocket, for the purpose of installation/programming.
- Overall Timeline: The total timeline, including pickup, installation, and final delivery back to you, is estimated at 5-7 working days.
3. International Shipping
We offer worldwide delivery for our Smart Touch Car Key:
- Delivery Timeline: The estimated global shipping time is 5–10 days (after dispatch).
- Carriers: Our international shipments are powered by Shiprocket, using reliable global carriers like Delhivery International, Aramex, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that NexGenKey is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. General Information
- Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Order Tracking: A shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
