Warranty

● All NexGenKey products carry a 1-year standard brand warranty on manufacturing defects.
● All products must be registered for warranty on the official website within 30 days from the invoice date.
● The warranty period (both Standard Warranty Period and Extended Warranty Period) starts from the date of purchase of the product.

● Repairs and installations shall be carried out only by Authorized NexGenKey Service Personnel or Dealers.
● Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
● Repairs and replacement of parts are at the sole discretion of NexGenKey Authorized Service Personnel.
● The company’s obligation is limited to repair and replacement of defective parts only.

The warranty does not cover:
● Any consequential liability, damage, or loss to property or life arising directly or indirectly from product failure, accident, or misuse.
● Improper use such as lack of care, abnormal use, exposure to dampness, excessive
heat/humidity, corrosion, rusting, or extreme environmental conditions.
● Damage due to unauthorized modifications, repairs, neglect, accidents, or
alterations.

● Acts of God (floods, earthquakes, lightning, etc.), spillage of liquids or food, faulty wiring, or pest-related damage (rodents, insects, etc.).
